Delivery and delivery deadlines

DELIVERY DEADLINES

All orders made on a working day (Monday to Friday) will be shipped teh next working day or within 3 working days at the latest. The date of the final delivery depends on the courier or mail service and country of destination.

Any products which are not in stock or are available upon order, are likely to be delivered within 10–14 working days after the receipt and confirmation of the order. The delivery deadline will be notified to the customer by e-mail and/or telephone.

The shipment costs must be paid upon making an order in the online shop “odlicno.si”.

Before delivery, the customer will be sent an invoice with all the data pursuant to the sales terms and conditions published on the “odlicno.si” website. 

The packaging costs will be covered by the online shop.

The seller shall not be held liable for any delays or damage to the packaging made by the mail service provider.

The customer is kindly advised to inspect the goods upon receipt and, in the event of any damage, to contact immediately the mail service to fill out a Damage Notification Form.

We reserve the right to extend the delivery deadline due to any technical or other procedural issues. In the event of a delay, we undertake to notify the customer via the appropriate channels.

Great Britain - Due to the recent changes resulting from Brexit, we are temporarily suspending all deliveries to Great Britain until further notice.
