Millet pudding with protein yogurt

Millet pudding with protein yogurt is a healthy meal that does not require much time to prepare. The recipe was created in collaboration with @miss_fitbarbara (IG). Barbara recommends that you cook millet porridge in larger quantities and store it in the refrigerator, thus saving some time when preparing breakfast.

For the millet pudding, you need the following ingredients:

- boiled millet porridge

- 2 teaspoons of chocolate spread

- 1 tsp peanut spread Odlično

- 3 pitted and preservative-free dates Odlično

- 2.5 dl coconut milk

- 150 g of soy yogurt

- 1 tablespoon of blueberries

- berries

- granola (optional)

 

Preparation:

Boil millet porridge. Add 2 teaspoons of (vegan) chocolate spread, 1 teaspoon of peanut spread, 3 dates and coconut milk to the millet porridge. Mix everything together in a blender to get a smooth paste.

To make protein yogurt, add 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder and 1 tablespoon of frozen blueberries to soy yogurt and mix everything together in a blender.

First put the smooth porridge in a glass or cup, put protein yogurt on it and decorate the top with any berries and granola.
