Colorful cupcakes
This time we are sharing a special recipe with you, we have dressed the cupcakes in colors.
To prepare cupcakes you need:
150 g of oatmeal
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
180 ml of vegetable milk
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 flax/chia egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Frosting:
70 g of soaked cashews
8 - 10 tablespoons of vegetable milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 200°C. Mix together all the dry ingredients for the muffins, then mix in the flour. Add 2 tablespoons of batter to the muffin pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, make the glaze by mixing all the ingredients in a multipurpose mixer until smooth. When the cupcakes are finished and cooled, dip the top of the cupcake in the glaze and then in the colored flakes. Repeat with the remaining cupcakes.
